Coach Sarah
Experienced volleyball coach and seasoned player with multiple accomplishments. Focus on teaching all basic fundamentals of volleyball and proper technique to all different age groups. Maintain a positive team-oriented environment while developing players to increase opportunities and time on the court. Built confidence and assist players with their decision-making process on the court to better their game.

Coach Carmen
Highly experienced Volleyball Coach with over 10 years of coaching club, in addition to multiple accomplishments as a player including but not limited to 2 MVP awards while playing college at Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico in 2002 and 2003. At the age of 16 Carmen signed her first professional contract in Puerto Rico. Carmen played in the Federacion Puertorriquena de Volibol (FPV) for about 7 years with multiple semifinals under her belt. Her expertise extends to all aspects of the game including serving, blocking, defense, setting, and passing techniques. Moreover, Carmen helps players make conscious decisions to improve their performance level while enjoying the game.
